If the content of the package arrives damaged, what can I do?

In the case of damaged packaged, we recommend to recording a video or taking photos to the packaging before the opening. Take additional photos after opening to show us the damage of the product itself. Send an email to info@specter3d.com with the attachments and you will receive a response as soon as possible. All our shipments are insured, and the courier is responsible for any damages.

Yes, send us the model to info@specter3d.com and you will be contacted as soon as possible by our 3D artists team.

What does "sculpted resin base" and "smooth plastic base" mean?

A sculpted resin base features details like stones, skulls, roots, pavements, etc. A smooth plastic base is a disc printed in biodegradable PLA without decorations.

Is it possible to request non-round bases?

Yes, it is possible to request bases of square/rectangular/oval shape for smooth plastic bases. For sculpted resin bases, contact us to discuss possibilities on a case-by-case basis.

What does it mean that miniatures are produced "on demand"?

All our products are made on demand at the time of order to make your product unique and special. This may involve some processing days before shipping.

What is the difference between the materials used for prints (resin and plastic)?

All our miniatures are printed in resin, while some scenic elements and smooth plastic bases can be printed in both materials.
