Shipment Policy

Specter3D will send your order to the address reported, using one of the available couriers typically delivers in 24/48 hours throughout Italy (the major and smaller isolands, Venice Lagoon and Calabria regions may experience additional time and cost) and 4/5 days worldwide. However, delivery times are indicative as they are subject to variations due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, local and national strikes, specific traffic concentrations on the transport network, national events, demonstrations, or other causes of which Specter3D may not be aware.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but utmost care is always taken in packaging. Boxes are adequately spacious with reinforced cardboard, and your items are well wrapped in high-quality packaging material. In the event of receiving a non-compliant, open, or visibly damaged package, you must accept it by requesting the courier to note a specific control reservation. In the absence of a signed reservation, assistance for damages cannot be offered.

Customs/Duties: We are not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import, or local delivery charges.

Gift Message: We add simple gift notes to packages upon request.

Shipping costs vary by country but are around €7 for Italy with free shipping for orders over €59, €11 for Europe with free shipping for orders over €120, and €20 for America with free shipping for orders over €250.

Shipping costs are subject to recalculation in the case that the purchased model has very large dimensions, such as scales greater than 1:8. In this case, even if the amount for free shipping is exceeded, you may be contacted by our sales team to agree on the shipping cost.

If you do not agree to pay the shipping costs, the order will be canceled, and a full refund of the purchase will be made.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES


All our products are custom-made upon order placement, and therefore, some days will pass before the product can be shipped. 

The production of our items involves a strict quality control process, leading to production times ranging from a few days (for 2/3 items) to up to 2 weeks for orders with a high number of items (25/30 or more) from the order date. We strive to adhere to these timelines and maintain a punctual delivery rate of 98%, but it is important to note that these times are indicative.

Return Policy

To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Specter3D within 14 working days from the date of receiving the products. This communication should be sent via the contact form or by email to info@specter3d.com.

Upon receiving the withdrawal communication, Specter3D will promptly inform the customer of the return procedures, which must be completed within the next 48 hours If the goods have been delivered, the customer must return them within 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods, following these guidelines:

1. The refund will be applied to the purchased product in its entirety.

2. It is not possible to make returns or replacements for used or damaged products offered at a special price.

 

3. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and protective cellophane. It is not possible to return opened, discarded, or unsealed products.

4. The purchased item must be returned in the original or similar packaging and free from any dents, scratches, cuts, or other damage that reduces its commercial value.

5. According to the law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping remains under the complete responsibility of the customer, until the certificate of receipt at Specter3D based in Corso Vittorio Veneto 540, 97100, Ragusa (RG).

7. In case of damage during transportation, Specter3D will inform the customer of the incident (within the next working day after receiving the goods in its warehouses) to allow them to promptly report the issue to the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the insured item. In this case, the product will be returned with shipping costs borne by the customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request, or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.

 

Specter3D is not responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned without insurance; upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not resulting from transportation. Specter3D will refund the customer the entire amount already paid within 14 days from the acceptance of the return, and it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details for the transfer (IBAN of the invoice holder) or the credit card number used at the time of purchase for the refund.

       

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

 

The customer must promptly inform Specter3D of damaged or defective goods before removing the casing. To ensure legal warranty, it is essential to sign the package with a reserve for the courier. Therefore, in case of damage, openings, tears, or other types of damage to the external packaging, it is mandatory to sign with a reservation. In the absence of a signed reservation, assistance for damages cannot be provided. In the case of aesthetic damages such as dents, scratches, minor abrasions that do not affect the usability of the product, Specter3D is not obligated to offer any type of warranty, as provided by law. In case of deep damages compromising the usability of the product, Specter3D will endeavor to replace the product, if possible and still available, or provide a refund in agreement with the customer and without any additional cost. In the case of product return, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
